  • Limit quantities of purchases per customer or household
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion
  • Correct errors in product descriptions or pricing

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Fin Edge Now platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement through our secure FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES payment gateway. We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and approved digital wallets.

7. Order Confirmation and Fulfilment

An order confirmation via email or SMS does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation and stock availability. Fin Edge Now reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders in cases of pricing errors, payment failures, or stock unavailability, with a full refund processed within 7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fin Edge Now platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Fin Edge Now or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operation
  • Submitting false information or impersonating any person or entity
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the platform
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
  • Reselling products purchased at promotional prices without prior consent

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fin Edge Now and FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Fin Edge Now platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Marketing Communications Consent

By submitting your contact details and ticking the consent checkbox on our enquiry or contact forms, you consent to receive marketing communications via RCS, WhatsApp, email, or SMS from Fin Edge Now and FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

Fin Edge Now reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
