1. Overview
At Fin Edge Now, powered by FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel orders, return products, and request refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@finedgenow.shop with your order number.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched through the FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES logistics network, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.
Bulk Orders: Cancellation requests for bulk/wholesale orders must be made within 6 hours of order placement. A cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply to large orders already in processing.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions based on product category:
3.1 Fashion & Apparel
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Innerwear, swimwear, and customised/personalised items are non-returnable
- Sale items may only be exchanged, not refunded
3.2 Electronics & Gadgets
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects
- Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Physical damage caused by the customer is not covered
- Software-related issues are subject to manufacturer warranty
- Opened consumable electronics (batteries, ink cartridges) are non-returnable
3.3 Home & Living / Furniture
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Large furniture items require inspection before return is accepted
- Items must be unassembled or in original condition
- Customised furniture or made-to-order items are non-returnable
3.4 Beauty & Wellness
- Returns accepted within 7 days if product is unopened and sealed
- Opened or used beauty products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced or fully refunded
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods and food items
- Digital downloads, software licences, and subscription services
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customised or personalised products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
- Products with broken seals where noted as non-returnable
- Hazardous materials or items requiring special handling
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us at support@finedgenow.shop within the applicable return window with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return approval or further instructions
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address
- Step 4: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5β7 business days
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, wallet) within 5β10 business days after return receipt confirmation
- FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES Wallet Credits: Refunds as platform credits are processed within 1β2 business days and can be used on future orders
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are processed via NEFT/UPI transfer. Bank details will be requested via email
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@finedgenow.shop
- Attach clear photos or a video of the damage/defect and the packaging
- We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Do not use or attempt to repair defective items before contacting us
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective / Wrong Item: Fin Edge Now bears the return shipping cost
- Change of Mind: Reverse shipping charges of βΉ99ββΉ199 may apply depending on the product size and location
- Exchange: Reshipping of exchanged items is free for the first exchange
9. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events, delivery timelines and return windows may be extended. Fin Edge Now and FINEDGE TECHNOLOGIES will communicate any such changes proactively via email or platform notifications.
